Bourbon Dogs
Ingredients
1 lb Hot Dogs
14 oz Ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon or lemon juice

Directions
Place all ingredients into a crock pot. Simmer on low for at least 4 hours.

Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
2 pie crusts - unbaked (store bought or homemade) Pie Crust recipe
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 stalks celery, sliced 1/4 inch thick
4 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon ground dried thyme
3 Tablespoons dry sherry (optional)
1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed

Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees, place oven rack in middle position.
Place chicken and broth in a stock pot over medium heat. Cover, bring to a simmer and simmer 10 min.
Transfer the chicken to a large bowl; reserve the broth in a separate bowl.
Place oil in the stock pot, turn heat to medium high.
Add the carrots, onion and celery. Saute until just tender (about 5 min.). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Shred the chicken meat into bite-sized pieces, then place the cooked vegetables into the bowl with the chicken and set aside.
Heat the butter in the empty stock pot over medium heat. Once melted, add the flour and cook 1 minute.
Whisk in the chicken broth, milk and thyme. Bring to a simmer, continuing to simmer until sauce thickens (about 1 min.). Season with salt and pepper, stir in the sherry.
Pour the sauce over the chicken-vegetables mixture, stir well. Stir in the peas.
Line a 9x13 inch pan with one of the pie crusts. Roll the dough to fit the pan.
Pour the chicken mixture into the pan and top with second crust.
Bake in preheated oven until pie crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly, about 30 minutes.

Chili Pie Casserole
Ingredients
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 can kidney beans
1 can mushrooms
2 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups water
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbs. chili powder
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups grated cheese
1 pkg. Fritos
Cooking Spray
1 tbs. Canola oil

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown meat & onion in oil. Drain. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, brown sugar, garlic powder, water, & mushrooms.

Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Place a layer of meat mixture in bottom of prepared casserole dish. Add a layer of beans, then a layer of Fritos & a layer of cheese. Repeat layers.

Leave last layer of cheese to top baked casserole.

Bake 35 minutes. Top with cheese & continue baking until cheese is melted & bubbly.

Glazed Ham
Ingredients:
8 to 10 pound whole boneless ham
16 oz. can of whole berry or jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons honey mustard

Directions

Making The Sauce:
Combine cranberry sauce, apricot preserves and honey mustard in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the preserves are melted and the sauce is smooth. Remove from the heat and set aside.

Makes 2-1/4 cups of glaze.

Baking the Ham:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Place the ham in a shallow roasting pan in the middle of the oven.
Bake, uncovered, for 1-1/2 hours or until a meat thermometer registers 140 degrees.
Baste liberally ham with the glaze during the last 45 minutes of baking.
